Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every purchase on EdgeGigs to be fair. Because the Platform offers several product types, refund eligibility depends on what you bought. Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record); approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

1. Services (custom work)

• If a seller fails to deliver by the agreed deadline, or the delivery materially differs from the listing, you may request a full refund.
• Once work has been delivered and accepted, it is generally non-refundable, though sellers may offer revisions per their listing.
• Open a request within 14 days of the delivery or the missed deadline.

2. Digital downloads & ebooks

Instant-download digital goods (ebooks, files, templates) are non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where the file is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described — in which case we will fix or refund it.

3. API & metered usage

Prepaid API credits are refundable for the unused balance. Usage already metered and consumed is non-refundable.

4. Subscriptions & server rentals

• You can cancel a subscription (e.g. a monthly server rental) at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal.
• The current paid period is not pro-rated after activation unless a listing states otherwise.
• If a provisioned resource is never delivered, you are entitled to a full refund of that period.

5. Physical goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 daysof delivery if unused and in original condition; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@edgegigs.com with your order ID and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve eligible requests promptly.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
