• Account data — your email and the display name you provide.
• Transaction data — orders, the items purchased, and amounts. Card details are entered with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Content — listings, messages, and files you upload to fulfill orders.
• Technical data — session identifiers and basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use it

• to create your account and process orders and payments;
• to deliver purchased work and provide support;
• to secure the Platform and prevent fraud and abuse; and
• to comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with providers that help us operate:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and Merchant of Record (billing, tax, receipts).
• Our cryptocurrency payment provider — for crypto checkouts, where offered.
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and content delivery.

These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are protected, and paid deliverables are kept in private storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
