3. Build. I author the course in Storyline or Rise, applying your branding, building interactions, and wiring the quiz and completion logic.
4. Internal QA. I publish a test SCORM package and run it through a SCORM test environment to confirm tracking, scoring, bookmarking, and resume behavior all fire correctly.
5. Review. You get a preview link to check content, look, and flow. You send consolidated feedback and I apply revisions within your plan's allowance.
