I will design a branded social media template kit for your channels
About this gig
I will design a branded social media template kit so your channels look consistent, polished, and unmistakably yours across every post, story, and reel cover.
What you get
A social media template kit is the visual operating system for your channels. Instead of rebuilding a layout from scratch every time you post, you open a ready-made, on-brand template, swap the text and image, and publish. Here is exactly what I hand over:
- Editable source templates built around your brand: colors, fonts, logo placement, and spacing baked in so every export feels like part of one family.
- Multiple post formats sized for the platforms you actually use — square feed posts (1080x1080), portrait/vertical posts (1080x1350), and story/reel cover frames (1080x1920).
- A set of distinct layout designs (the exact count depends on your plan) covering common needs: quote/text posts, announcements, tips/carousels, promo or sale graphics, and a story/highlight cover style.
- Reusable design elements — headline and body text styles, button or badge shapes, dividers, and image-frame treatments — so the kit flexes to new content without breaking the look.
- Your fonts and colors applied throughout, with clear placeholders showing where headlines, captions, and imagery go.
- A short usage guide explaining how to edit text, replace images, and keep things on-brand when you hand the kit to a teammate or VA.
- High-resolution exports of each template as a finished example (PNG/JPG) plus the editable working files.
This is a hands-on design service. I create the kit specifically for your brand — I do not sell a generic pack you could find anywhere. Everything is made to match the look, voice, and platforms you tell me about.

If you are not sure which plan fits, message me with your platforms and how often you post, and I'll point you to the right one honestly.
How it works
- You share your brand. Send me your logo, brand colors (or a link to your site), preferred fonts, a few accounts you admire, and the platforms you post to. No brand guide yet? No problem — I'll work from what you have and ask the right questions.
- We align on direction. I confirm the format sizes, the number of templates, the vibe (clean and minimal, bold and editorial, warm and playful, etc.), and any must-have post types.
- I design the first drafts. You receive an initial set of templates so you can see the system coming together before everything is finalized.
- You review and I revise. You send feedback in one batch; I refine layouts, spacing, type, and color within the revision rounds for your plan.
- I build out the full kit. Once the direction is locked, I complete every template across the agreed formats and make sure they're consistent.
- I deliver the files. You get the editable source templates, finished example exports, and the usage guide so you (or your team) can publish immediately.
Why choose this
Most accounts lose momentum because posting is slow and inconsistent — every graphic is a small design project. A proper template kit removes that friction. The templates are designed as a connected system, not a random assortment, so your feed reads as one coherent brand whether someone lands on a post from today or six months ago.
I focus on real usability: text that's actually legible at thumbnail size, layouts that hold up when your caption is long, and image frames that flatter ordinary phone photos. I keep the editable files tidy and clearly labeled so you're never hunting for the right layer. And I'm upfront about scope — you'll always know exactly what's included before we start, with no surprise "that's extra" moments mid-project.
Who it's for / use cases
- Small businesses and shops that want a steady, professional feed without hiring a full-time designer.
- Coaches, creators, and personal brands who post tips, quotes, and announcements and need them to look the part.
- Startups and SaaS teams launching content and wanting a repeatable, on-brand system from day one.
- Marketing managers and social media managers who need to hand a kit to a VA or junior teammate and trust the output stays consistent.
- Course creators and newsletter writers promoting drops, episodes, and lead magnets across feed and stories.
- Anyone rebranding who wants their social presence updated to match a new logo, palette, or direction.
Typical uses: weekly tip posts, quote graphics, product or sale announcements, event promos, story covers and highlight icons, and carousel layouts for longer-form value content.
FAQ
Q: Which platforms and sizes do you design for? I design for the standard square (1080x1080), portrait (1080x1350), and story/reel (1080x1920) sizes, which cover the major feed and vertical-video platforms. Tell me your specific channels and I'll match the formats to them.
Q: Will the templates be editable, or just flat images? Editable. You receive working source files so you can change text, swap images, and reuse each layout indefinitely — plus finished example exports to see them in action.
Q: Do I need to provide a brand guide? It helps but isn't required. If you have logo, colors, and fonts, send them. If not, share your site or a few references and I'll build the kit around what represents you.
Q: Can you use my own fonts? Yes. If you own or license specific fonts, send them and I'll apply them. If not, I'll choose tasteful, freely available fonts that fit your brand.
Q: How many revisions are included? It depends on the plan — see the Plans table (1 to 3 rounds). I ask for feedback in one consolidated batch per round so we move efficiently and you get the most out of each revision.
Q: Do you post the content or manage my accounts for me? No — this is a design service. I create the template kit you'll use to post. Content scheduling and account management are separate and not included.
Q: How should I send my feedback? A short, specific list works best: what to change, which template, and ideally an example. Clear feedback in one message per round gets you a sharper result faster.
Q: What if I want more templates or extra formats later? Just message me. I can extend the kit with additional layouts or new formats as a follow-up so everything stays in the same consistent style.

The templates look nice and on-brand, but the handoff files took a bit of back and forth before I could open and edit everything properly.

Really happy with the templates overall, just needed one extra round to tweak the color shades. Clean work and very usable layouts.

Solid branded templates for my posts and stories, and they were easy to reuse for new content. A couple small spacing fixes and it was spot on.
