How it works

2. I create a digital mockup. Within a couple of business days you get a to-scale visual showing the exact font, layout, neon color, and backboard shape against a sample wall, plus the finished dimensions.
3. You review and refine. We adjust the font, spacing, color, or board shape until it is right. The sign goes into production only after you approve the mockup in writing, so there are no surprises.
4. I handcraft the sign. The LED tubing is bent by hand to your shapes, fixed to the laser-cut acrylic, wired, and the power lead and any dimmer are fitted and tested. Every sign is powered on and burn-in checked before it leaves.
5. I pack and ship it. The sign is cushioned in custom foam, boxed, and sent with tracking. You get the carrier and tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
6. You hang it and switch on. Use the included mount kit and card, plug into the regional adapter, and it glows immediately.
