I will create cinematic drone footage editing and aerial video
About this gig
Hand me your raw aerial clips and I'll turn them into cinematic drone footage with color grading, smooth pacing, music, and a polished export ready to publish.
What you get
You send the drone files, I do the edit. This is a hands-on editing service built around the aerial footage you already captured, not stock clips and not a flight booking. Concretely, you receive:
- A fully edited drone video cut to your chosen length, assembled from your raw clips in a logical, watchable sequence.
- Cinematic color grading: white-balance correction, contrast and exposure balancing, and a consistent look across every shot so a sunset reveal matches the clip filmed two minutes later.
- Smooth pacing and transitions: clean cuts, speed ramps where they help (hyperlapse-style accelerations, slow-motion holds on reveals), and stabilization passes on shaky or windy footage where the source allows.
- Licensed background music synced to the motion, with audio levels mixed so the track sits under any voiceover or ambient sound you supply.
- Optional text: lower-thirds, location titles, a logo or end card, and a simple intro/outro if you want them.
- Final delivery in the resolution your source supports (up to 4K when you provide 4K files), in MP4 (H.264/H.265) plus an alternate format or aspect ratio on request — for example a vertical 9:16 cut for Reels or Shorts alongside the landscape master.
Everything is graded and assembled by hand. I work shot by shot rather than dropping your clips into a one-click template, so the result reflects the actual terrain, light, and story in your footage.

How it works
- Place your order and share the brief. Tell me the mood you want (epic, calm, energetic, corporate), the final length, where the video will be published, and any music style or branding preferences.
- Send the footage. Upload your raw drone clips through a shared link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or similar). Send the original files, not screen-recorded or re-compressed versions, so I have the most quality and color latitude to work with.
- I review and plan the cut. I go through every clip, flag the strongest shots, note any that are unusable (severe blur, dropped frames, heavy glitches), and confirm scope with you before editing if anything is off.
- First edit. I assemble the sequence, grade the color, stabilize where needed, sync the music, and add any titles you requested, then deliver a preview for review.
- Revisions. You send timestamped notes; I refine pacing, grade, music, and text within the revision count of your plan.
- Final delivery. Once approved, I export the master plus any extra aspect ratios or formats and send the final files.
Why choose this
Drone footage lives or dies in the edit. Beautiful aerials still look amateur when shots are stitched together with no rhythm, when the grade jumps between clips, or when the music fights the motion instead of riding it. I focus on exactly those things: a deliberate shot order, a coherent cinematic grade, motion-matched pacing, and a mix that feels finished. You get a genuine human edit with honest communication — if your source footage has limits, I'll tell you what's achievable rather than overpromising a rescue that the files can't support.
Who it's for / use cases
- Real estate and property listings that need an aerial walkthrough of a home, lot, or development.
- Travel creators, vloggers, and YouTubers turning trip footage into a cinematic recap.
- Wedding and event videographers who captured drone B-roll and want it cut into a highlight piece.
- Construction, agriculture, mining, and infrastructure teams documenting site progress from above.
- Hotels, resorts, venues, and tourism boards producing promotional reels.
- Outdoor brands, surf/ski/MTB athletes, and adventure companies building social and ad content.
- Anyone with a folder of FPV or standard drone clips that has never become an actual video.
FAQ
Q: Do you fly the drone or capture the footage? No. This is an editing service. You provide the raw aerial footage you (or your pilot) already filmed, and I edit it into a finished cinematic video.
Q: What footage should I send? Send the original, highest-quality files straight off the drone or SD card — ideally 4K, log/flat or standard profile, at the frame rates you shot. Avoid re-exporting or compressing them first, since that throws away detail and color information I'd otherwise use in the grade.
Q: How many clips can I include? It depends on the plan and the final length. Basic suits a short single-scene piece, while Standard and Premium handle larger sets for longer edits. If you have a lot of footage, message me first and I'll advise on the right tier.
Q: Can you fix shaky or slightly blurry shots? I can apply stabilization and minor cleanup, and it noticeably improves mildly shaky clips. Severe shake, motion blur, dropped frames, or heavy compression artifacts can't be fully removed — I'll flag any unusable shots before I build the edit.
Q: Is the music licensed? Yes. I use royalty-free or properly licensed tracks cleared for the platforms you're publishing to. If you have your own licensed track or a brand-mandated song, send it and I'll edit to that instead.
Q: Can I get a vertical version for Instagram or TikTok? Yes. I can deliver a reframed 9:16 (or 1:1) cut alongside your landscape master — the number of extra aspect ratios included depends on your plan.
Q: What format and resolution will I receive? A web-ready MP4 (H.264 or H.265) up to 4K when your source is 4K, plus an alternate format on request. Tell me where it'll be published and I'll match the spec.
Q: How do revisions work? After the first edit you send timestamped notes and I refine the cut, grade, music, or titles. Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds; please keep your feedback consolidated so I can address it in one efficient pass.

Really solid edit of my mountain flyover footage and the color work is beautiful. Took a couple of revisions to get the music sync right, but happy in the end.

He stabilized and graded all my shaky aerial shots into one clean cinematic video. Honestly looks like something off a travel channel.
