I will manage your Amazon FBA prep, labeling and shipment plan

About this gig

I will manage your Amazon FBA prep, labeling, and shipment plan so your inventory clears receiving fast and your listings stay sellable. Hands-off, compliant, done right.

What you get

When you hand me a batch of inventory, you get a complete, ship-ready FBA prep and shipment package built to Amazon's current requirements:

  • A full inbound shipment plan created in Seller Central (or laid out for you to confirm), with your products split across Amazon's assigned fulfillment centers, the correct quantities per destination, and the recommended shipping method noted.
  • FNSKU labeling for every unit: I generate the manufacturer/Amazon barcode labels at the correct size, ensure one scannable FNSKU per unit, and confirm the existing manufacturer barcode is covered when "Amazon barcode" is required.
  • Product prep per Amazon's category rules: poly bagging with suffocation warnings on bags 5" or larger, bubble wrapping for fragile items, "sold as set" labeling for bundles, "this side up" and team-lift marks where needed, and expiration-date labeling for items that require it.
  • Box content information: accurate box-level content data (units per box, SKU mix, weights, and dimensions) submitted so your shipment isn't flagged for manual review or hit with manual-processing problems at the FC.
  • Carton/box labeling: the FBA box ID labels and any carrier shipping labels placed correctly, one per box, never covering a barcode or seam.
  • A pack list and reconciliation sheet so you know exactly what went into each box and can match it against what Amazon receives.
  • Photo documentation of prepped units and sealed boxes before they ship, so you have proof of condition if a discrepancy claim comes up later.
  • A short written summary of any compliance flags I caught (units that needed extra prep, oversize/hazmat concerns, or restocking limits worth watching).

Everything is delivered ready to print and ready to ship. You stay the seller of record and keep full control of your account.

How it works

  1. You share the details. Send me your SKU list, quantities, product dimensions and weights, current barcode situation (manufacturer barcode vs. Amazon barcode), and whether any items are fragile, expiration-dated, oversize, or bundled. Screenshots from your inventory page are perfect.
  2. I review for compliance. I check each SKU against Amazon's prep and packaging requirements and flag anything that needs poly bagging, suffocation warnings, set labeling, expiration dating, or special handling before we go further.
  3. I build the shipment plan. Working in your Seller Central (with secure access you grant) or from your exported data, I create the inbound plan, let Amazon assign the fulfillment centers, and confirm quantities per destination.
  4. I generate the labels. FNSKU unit labels, box ID labels, and any required warning labels are produced at the correct dimensions and handed to you print-ready.
  5. I prepare box content information. Units-per-box, SKU mix, weights, and dimensions are entered so receiving goes smoothly and you avoid manual-processing flags.
  6. You print, pack, and ship following the pack list and labeling map I provide — or, if I'm handling physical prep on units mailed to me, I prep, label, photograph, seal, and dispatch the boxes to the assigned FCs.
  7. You get the reconciliation package. Pack list, label files, box content data, and photo documentation are delivered so your records are airtight.

Why choose this

FBA receiving is unforgiving. A missing suffocation warning, a covered barcode, an unscannable FNSKU, or wrong box content data can mean a stranded shipment, a manual-processing fee, or units that never go live. I focus on getting it right the first time so your inventory clears fast and starts selling.

I work to Amazon's current requirements, not last year's, because prep and labeling rules change. I'm meticulous about the small things that trip up most sellers: correct label sizing, one scannable barcode per unit, accurate carton weights, and clean box content data. And I document everything, so if a discrepancy claim ever comes up, you have photos and a pack list to back you.

This is honest, scoped work. I handle the prep, labeling, and shipment-plan logistics. You keep your account, your pricing, and your sourcing entirely in your own hands.

Who it's for / use cases

  • New FBA sellers sending their first shipment who don't want to learn prep rules the hard way.
  • Private-label sellers launching a SKU and needing FNSKU labeling plus a clean inbound plan.
  • Sellers scaling up with multi-SKU batches that need consistent, repeatable prep and reconciliation.
  • Sellers who switched from FBM to FBA and need help converting their workflow to FBA-compliant prep.
  • Busy operators who'd rather hand off the fiddly prep-and-ship logistics and stay focused on sourcing and growth.
  • Sellers who got a shipment flagged for prep or box-content issues and want it done correctly next time.

FAQ

Q: Do you need access to my Seller Central account? Only if you want me to build the shipment plan and generate labels directly inside your account. You can grant limited user access, and I'll work within the permissions you set. Alternatively, you export the data and I prepare everything for you to upload yourself.

Q: Will you set my prices or manage my listings? No. This service covers prep, labeling, and shipment-plan logistics only. Your pricing, listing copy, and account decisions stay entirely with you.

Q: Can you physically prep and ship my units? Yes, on plans where that's arranged — you mail the inventory to me, and I poly bag, label, photograph, seal, and dispatch the boxes to Amazon's assigned fulfillment centers. If you prefer, I provide a complete labeling-and-pack map so you do the physical work yourself.

Q: What do you need from me to start? A SKU list with quantities, product dimensions and weights, your current barcode situation, and notes on anything fragile, expiration-dated, oversize, bundled, or hazmat. Screenshots of your inventory page speed things up.

Q: Can you handle expiration-dated, fragile, or bundled items? Yes. Those carry specific prep rules — expiration-date labeling, bubble wrapping, "sold as set" labeling — and I apply each one according to Amazon's current category requirements.

Q: How do you avoid receiving problems and manual-processing fees? By generating scannable FNSKU labels at the correct size, never covering existing barcodes, applying required warnings, and submitting accurate box content information with correct weights and dimensions. These are the exact things that cause stranded shipments when done wrong.

Q: What if Amazon splits my shipment across multiple fulfillment centers? That's normal. I build the plan to reflect Amazon's destination assignments, label each box for its correct FC, and give you a clear map so the right boxes go to the right places.

Q: Do you guarantee no discrepancies at the warehouse? I can't control what happens inside Amazon's receiving process, but I minimize risk with correct prep, accurate box content data, and full photo documentation — so if a discrepancy claim is needed, you have the evidence to support it.

Every carton was prepped to Amazon's requirements and the FNSKU labels were placed exactly where they needed to be. No drama at receiving.

Solid work on the labeling and the shipment plan was organized well. Took a little back and forth to get the box weights confirmed but it got sorted.

The labeling itself was accurate but the first shipment plan didn't match my inventory counts and needed a redo. Got there in the end but it took longer than I hoped.

Took my whole FBA shipment off my plate, every unit came back FNSKU labeled correctly and the shipment plan was ready to go in seller central. Zero rejections at the warehouse.

They handled the suffocation warning bags, labeling and the full plan for two different FBA shipments at once. Everything checked out perfectly on the dashboard.

Clear, careful and knew exactly what Amazon wants for prep. My labels and shipping plan were done right and I didn't get a single compliance flag.

Good prep and the shipment plan was clear and easy to follow. Would have liked slightly faster turnaround but the quality was there.

I had a messy batch of mixed SKUs and they sorted, labeled and built the shipment plan without me lifting a finger. Will use again for my next restock.

The prep and poly-bagging was spotless and the labels scanned clean on the first try. Honestly made my first shipment way less stressful than I expected.

Bundled my products, labeled everything and laid out the exact shipment plan with carton splits. Communication was quick the whole time.
