I will design and 3D print custom cookie cutters, stamps and embossers

About this gig

I will design and 3D print custom cookie cutters, stamps and embossers from your logo, sketch, or theme, mailed to your door ready to bake with.

What you get

  • A custom 3D-printed cookie cutter, stamp, embosser, or matched set designed specifically for your shape, logo, or occasion.
  • A clean digital design step where I turn your reference (logo, line drawing, photo, monogram, or written idea) into crisp cutting and detail geometry before anything is printed.
  • Physical product mailed to you — the finished tool(s) packed and shipped to your address, ready to press into dough or fondant.
  • Your choice of cutter only, cutter + embossing/imprint detail, or a stamp/embosser that presses a raised or recessed image into the surface.
  • A digital proof image of the design for your approval before I print, so you can confirm the outline and detail are exactly what you want.
  • Tools printed in food-safe-handling PLA, with clean walls and a comfortable pressing edge.
  • A short care and use note (hand-wash, warm water, no dishwasher, no microwave) so your cutters last.
  • Sizing to your spec — I print at the dimension you request, within practical limits for the chosen style.

How it works

  1. You share your idea. Send me a logo, hand sketch, photo, monogram, or just a written description of the shape, theme, and the size you want. The clearer the reference, the sharper the result.
  2. I confirm scope. I check that your shape works as a cutter or stamp, flag anything too thin or too detailed to hold up in dough, and suggest adjustments if needed.
  3. I design the geometry. I convert your reference into a clean cutting outline and, if your plan includes it, the embossing or stamp relief that presses the detail into your cookie.
  4. You approve a proof. I send a rendered proof image of the design. You confirm or request a revision within the revisions included in your plan.
  5. I 3D print your tool(s). Once approved, I print in food-safe-handling PLA, then inspect the cutting edge and detail surfaces and clean up the print.
  6. I pack and ship. Your finished cutter, stamp, embosser, or set is packed protectively and mailed to your address. You provide the shipping destination at order time.
  7. You bake. Press into rolled dough or fondant, lift, and you have a clean, repeatable custom shape every time.

Why choose this

This is a design-and-make service, not a generic off-the-shelf shape pulled from a bin. Every tool starts from your reference, so the outline, proportions, and detail belong to your brand, your event, or your idea. I bring the digital design discipline to keep edges crisp and the practical baking knowledge to keep them usable — a beautiful outline is useless if it is too thin to cut clean dough or too fine to release. I balance both. You see a proof before I commit anything to the printer, so there are no surprises when the package arrives. And because it ships as a finished physical product, you do not need a 3D printer, slicing software, or any technical setup on your end — you just open the box and bake.

Who it's for / use cases

  • Small bakeries and home bakers who want a signature shape or a seasonal lineup that competitors do not have.
  • Brands and businesses wanting their logo or mascot embossed into branded cookies for events, launches, or client gifts.
  • Weddings and parties — monograms, dates, hearts, or themed shapes for favors and dessert tables.
  • Holidays and seasons — custom takes on festive shapes, or something specific that stock cutters never cover.
  • Crafters and fondant artists who need precise embossers and stamps for cake decorating, sugar craft, and polymer clay.
  • Gift buyers looking for a genuinely personal present for the baker in their life.
  • Teachers, clubs, and organizations wanting a mascot or emblem shape for fundraisers and events.

FAQ

Q: What do I need to send you to get started? Send the clearest reference you have — a logo file, a hand drawing, a photo, a monogram, or a written description with the size you want. Vector or high-resolution images give the sharpest detail, but I can work from a clean sketch too.

Q: Can you make both a cutter and an embosser for the same design? Yes. A cutter gives you the outline shape, and an embosser or stamp presses the inner detail (a logo, lettering, or pattern) into the surface. The Standard and Premium plans are built for exactly this kind of pairing.

Q: What size will my cookie cutter be? I print to the size you request, within practical limits. Very small shapes lose fine detail and very large ones can flex, so if your requested size risks a poor result I will tell you before printing and suggest a workable dimension.

Q: Is the material safe for food contact? I print in PLA, a common choice for cookie cutters used for short-contact pressing into dough or fondant. Treat the tools as hand-wash-only kitchen tools: wash in warm (not hot) water, dry, and keep them away from the dishwasher, microwave, and oven. They are pressing tools, not bakeware.

Q: Will I see the design before it's printed? Yes. I send a digital proof image for your approval, and you can request revisions up to the number included in your plan. I only print once you confirm.

Q: How is it delivered? This is a physical product. After you approve the proof and I print and inspect the tool, I pack it protectively and mail it to the shipping address you provide at order time.

Q: How detailed can the design be? Quite detailed for embossers and stamps, where fine relief reads well. Cutting edges need a little more thickness to cut clean dough and release without tearing, so extremely fine spikes or hairline gaps may be slightly thickened to stay functional. I keep your design faithful while making sure it actually works in the kitchen.

Q: Can I order a matched set with multiple shapes? Yes — the Premium plan covers a full matched set of up to four designs, ideal for a themed collection, a seasonal lineup, or a coordinated branded set.

The custom name stamp and cutter set turned out really nice and the detail held up after baking. Took a little back and forth to nail the imprint depth, but the final result was exactly what I asked for.

Sent over my logo and got back a cookie cutter with a matching embosser that presses the design in cleanly every time. The print quality is smooth and the edges cut right through the dough.
