  1. You order and send your brief. Tell me your site URL, which pages and documents the bot should learn from, the tone you want, and what it should and should not handle.
  2. I scope and confirm. I review your content, flag anything missing or thin, and confirm the deliverable so we both know exactly what "done" looks like before I build.
  3. I ingest your content. I crawl and structure the pages, docs, FAQs, and PDFs you pointed me to, then load them into the bot's knowledge base.
  4. I build and style the bot. I write its instructions and personality, theme the widget to your brand, and wire the fallback/handoff behavior.
  5. I test and tune. I run real customer-style questions, correct weak or wrong answers, and tighten the scope rules until it is reliable.
  6. I hand it over. You get the embed snippet, setup notes, and a walkthrough. Drop the snippet on your site and it goes live.
  7. Optional: I host and maintain it. With a monthly hosting plan I keep it running and can refresh its knowledge when your content changes.
