All tiers include the setup, configuration, and a recorded handover. Ongoing platform/usage costs (telephony minutes and the voice platform subscription) are billed by the providers directly to your own account, so you stay in control and I never mark them up. An optional monthly retainer for maintenance, script updates, and tuning is available on request.
