1. Discovery call or questionnaire. You tell me the book's topic, the reader you're writing for, the transformation or knowledge you want them to walk away with, and what success looks like. We lock the scope, tier, and target length here.
2. Voice capture. You send writing samples, voice memos, transcripts, blog posts, podcast clips, or existing notes. I study them to build your voice profile so the prose sounds like you, not like a stranger.
3. Outline approval. I deliver a chapter-by-chapter outline. We refine it together until you can see the whole book on one page and say "yes, that's it." Nothing gets drafted until you approve this.
4. Drafting. I write the manuscript in stages, usually delivering in batches of chapters so you're never waiting in the dark and can course-correct early.
5. Your review. You read each batch and leave comments. I fold your feedback in during the revision rounds included in your plan.
6. Edit and polish. Once the full draft is approved, I run the developmental and line-level passes to tighten flow, fix repetition, and make every chapter land.
7. Final handoff. You receive the finished manuscript files, the style sheet, and (on Premium) Kindle-ready formatting plus a book description and author bio draft.

The core deliverable is the written manuscript. Premium includes Kindle-ready Word formatting plus a book description and author bio draft, but cover design, EPUB/print interior layout, and managing your publishing account are separate and not included by default.
