2. I confirm scope and size. I check your design against the chosen tier, recommend a face diameter, and flag any lines too thin to survive in wax so we fix them before cutting.
3. I prepare and send a proof. You receive a digital proof showing the exact layout, mirrored correctly for engraving, so you can confirm spacing, size, and detail.
4. You approve, I engrave. Once you sign off, I cut the design into the brass head, set the engraving depth for clean wax release, and fit the handle.
5. I test the impression. I press a sample in wax to verify the stamp prints cleanly before it leaves me.
6. I pack and ship. The stamp is protected and mailed to your address. You get a tracking number to follow the parcel to your door.
