How it works

2. Send your artwork — vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or high-resolution PNG/JPG at 300 DPI. For personalized runs, send a clean spreadsheet (CSV/XLSX) with one row per unit.
3. Approve the proof. I lay out each design to the wrap dimensions and send a mockup. Nothing prints until you sign off — this is where we catch typos, cropping, and color expectations.
4. Production. I print the sublimation transfers, then heat-press each piece at controlled time, temperature, and pressure for a permanent, infused image.
5. Quality check & pack. Every unit is inspected for ghosting, alignment, and full coverage, then wrapped individually and boxed.
6. Ship. Your order is mailed with a tracking number that I share the moment it goes out.

Q: Are the prints dishwasher and microwave safe? The sublimated image is infused into the surface and holds up well to regular washing. For maximum longevity I recommend top-rack dishwasher or hand washing. Stainless steel tumblers are not microwave safe (metal), but most ceramic mugs are.

Q: What artwork do you need and at what quality? Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal because they scale cleanly. If you only have raster art, send PNG or JPG at 300 DPI at full print size. Low-resolution or screenshot images may look soft once wrapped, and I'll flag that before printing.
