I will make custom rubber stamps and self-inking stamps shipped to you

About this gig

Custom rubber and self-inking stamps made to your exact artwork or text, manufactured cleanly, and shipped to your door ready to ink and press.

I design, produce, and mail custom stamps built around your logo, signature, address, monogram, or message. You send the details, I send back a real physical stamp.

What you get

  • A finished, ready-to-use custom stamp shipped as a physical product to your mailing address.
  • Your choice of mount style: a traditional wood-handle rubber stamp with a separate ink pad, or a self-inking stamp (built-in re-inkable pad, no separate pad needed).
  • Stamp die laser-engraved from your supplied artwork or from text I typeset for you.
  • A digital proof image (PNG) before manufacturing so you can confirm layout, spelling, and impression size.
  • One impression style: solid (filled) or outline, depending on your artwork and what reproduces cleanly at your chosen size.
  • Standard ink color in the impression you approve (black, blue, red, or green for self-inking units; pad color of your choice for hand-stamp kits).
  • Careful packaging to protect the rubber die and mount in transit, plus tracking on the shipment where the carrier supports it.

Typical uses include return-address stamps, business logo stamps, signature stamps, "PAID"/"RECEIVED"/date-style office stamps, teacher and classroom stamps, notary and professional stamps, wedding and invitation stamps, and packaging or branding stamps for small shops.

Plans

TierWhat's included
BasicOne single-line or simple text stamp (e.g. a name, short message, or one-line address). Wood-handle rubber stamp OR compact self-inking unit in a small impression size. One digital proof, one revision round. Standard ink color.
StandardOne multi-line text or logo stamp (address block, business name + tagline, or a clean logo). Choice of wood-handle or self-inking mount in a small or medium size. Up to two proof revisions. Your choice of standard ink color.
PremiumOne detailed custom stamp from your full artwork or combined logo + text, in a medium or large impression size. Self-inking or wood-handle mount, premium frame finish where available. Up to three proof revisions and artwork clean-up/vectorization of a usable supplied file. Priority handling on the build.

All tiers ship as a physical stamp to the address you provide. Sizes, mount types, and exact ink options available for your job are confirmed on the proof before anything is manufactured.

How it works

  1. You place the order and send your details. Tell me the exact text (copy-paste it so spelling and punctuation are correct), or upload your logo/artwork. Let me know whether you want a wood-handle rubber stamp or a self-inking stamp, your preferred ink color, and where it's shipping.
  2. I assess the artwork. I check that your text or logo will reproduce cleanly at stamp scale. Very fine lines, tiny type, gradients, and photographic detail do not stamp well, so I'll flag anything that needs simplifying and suggest the closest clean version.
  3. I send a digital proof. You receive a PNG mock-up of the impression with the layout, size, and orientation. This is your moment to fix typos, adjust spacing, or change the size.
  4. You approve, I manufacture. Once you confirm the proof, the rubber die is laser-engraved and mounted to your chosen handle or self-inking housing. I test an impression to confirm it inks evenly.
  5. I pack and ship. The stamp is packaged to protect the die and mailed to your address. I share tracking where available, and the stamp arrives ready to use out of the box.

Why choose this

Proofing comes first. Because a stamp is a permanent physical object, I never manufacture from a guess. You see and approve exactly how the impression will look before anything is engraved, which prevents the most common and most frustrating problem: a stamp that arrives with a typo or with type too small to read.

I also tell you the truth about your artwork. Some logos look great on screen but turn into a smudge at stamp size. Rather than ship you something that disappoints, I'll suggest the cleanest version that actually presses well, so the stamp you receive is crisp and legible every time.

You also get a real choice of format. A wood-handle stamp with a pad is simple, repairable, and great for occasional use or larger art. A self-inking stamp is faster, cleaner, and ideal for high-volume stamping like daily office or shipping work. I'll help you pick the right one for how you'll actually use it.

Who it's for / use cases

  • Small businesses and shops wanting a logo, brand mark, or "thank you" stamp for packaging, invoices, and order inserts.
  • Home and personal use for return-address stamps, monograms, and family-name stamps.
  • Offices and admin teams needing "PAID," "RECEIVED," "APPROVED," "CONFIDENTIAL," or date-style workflow stamps.
  • Teachers and tutors wanting reward, grading, and classroom-routine stamps.
  • Professionals such as notaries, accountants, and clinicians needing a clean signature or credential stamp (you are responsible for confirming any legal/regulatory format requirements for your jurisdiction).
  • Weddings and events for invitation, save-the-date, favor, and envelope branding.
  • Makers and creators stamping kraft bags, tags, cards, and product packaging.

FAQ

Q: What's the difference between a rubber stamp and a self-inking stamp? A traditional rubber stamp has a wood handle and a separate ink pad you press into before stamping. A self-inking stamp has the ink pad built into the housing and re-inks itself with each press, so it's faster and cleaner for repeated use. I make both; just tell me which you prefer.

Q: Can you use my logo? Yes. Send the highest-quality file you have (vector files like SVG, EPS, AI, or PDF are best; clean high-resolution PNG also works). At Premium I'll clean up or vectorize a usable supplied file. Very small details or gradients may need simplifying so they stamp clearly, and I'll show you exactly how it'll look on the proof.

Q: Will I see a proof before it's made? Always. You approve a digital PNG proof showing the layout, size, and orientation before I engrave anything. Nothing is manufactured until you confirm spelling and design.

Q: What ink colors can I choose? Standard colors are black, blue, red, and green. Tell me your preference and I'll confirm what's available for your specific stamp on the proof. Self-inking units come pre-inked in the color you approve.

Q: How big can the stamp be? Sizes range from small single-line stamps up to larger impression areas depending on tier and mount. Larger and more detailed artwork suits the Standard and Premium tiers. I'll confirm the exact impression size on your proof.

Q: Can self-inking stamps be re-inked later? Yes. Self-inking stamps are designed to be re-inked when they start to fade, so the stamp itself keeps working for a long time. Re-ink bottles are widely available in matching colors.

Q: Where do you ship, and how long does it take? I ship the finished stamp to the mailing address you provide. Total time is proof approval plus manufacturing plus transit; transit time depends on your location and the carrier. I'll share tracking where the carrier supports it.

Q: What if there's a defect when it arrives? If the stamp arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, contact me with photos and I'll make it right. Please note that errors in text you supplied and approved on the proof aren't covered, which is exactly why the proof step matters.

My custom logo rubber stamp turned out nice and the wood handle feels sturdy. The lines were a touch finer than I pictured but it still stamps clearly.

The self-inking address stamp came out crisp and the impression is super clean even after dozens of presses. Packaging was solid and it shipped faster than I expected.
