How it works

1. You share your logo and brief. Send the highest-resolution artwork you have (vector .ai/.eps/.svg/.pdf is ideal; a sharp .png works too) plus your target cap style, cap color, quantity, and where you want the logo placed.
2. I digitize your logo. I convert the artwork into a production stitch file, choosing underlay, stitch density, and thread sequence so small text and fine details stay crisp on fabric.
3. You review a digital proof. I send a mockup of your logo on the chosen cap with thread colors labeled. Nothing is produced until you approve it. This is the moment to adjust size, placement, or colors.
4. I run a stitch-out and produce your order. After approval, I stitch the design and produce your full quantity, checking registration and thread tension across the run.
5. I inspect, pack, and ship. Each cap is checked for loose threads, skipped stitches, and alignment, then bagged and packed. You get a tracking number the day it ships.
