I will 3D print and ship custom parts, props and prototypes
About this gig
I will 3D print and ship custom parts, props and prototypes from your files or sketches, then mail the finished pieces to your door. Tell me what you need.
What you get
You send a model or an idea, I turn it into a real, physical object and ship it to you. This is a hands-off-the-printer service: you never have to own a machine, level a bed, or fight with stringing and warping. I handle the whole pipeline from file check to packed box.
- Physical printed parts mailed to you — not a digital file, but the actual object boxed and shipped to your address.
- FDM and resin (SLA) printing — FDM for sturdy functional parts, brackets, jigs, enclosures and large props; resin for fine-detail miniatures, figurines, jewelry masters and crisp display models.
- File preparation and repair — I inspect your STL/OBJ/STEP/3MF for non-manifold edges, holes and wall-thickness problems, and fix common issues before printing so the part actually comes out right.
- Material choice — PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, TPU (flexible) for FDM; standard, tough, and high-detail resins for SLA, subject to what your geometry and use-case call for.
- Color and finish options — a range of filament colors, plus optional post-processing: support removal, sanding, seam cleanup, and basic priming so props and display pieces are paint-ready.
- Dimensional accuracy — parts printed to your specified tolerances where the process allows, with key dimensions checked against your drawing.
- A test/draft print option — for tricky or fit-critical parts, a single proof print to confirm fit before committing to a full set or larger quantity.
- Small-batch runs — need 5, 10, or 30 of the same part? I can print multiples with consistent settings.
- Protective packaging — parts are wrapped, cushioned, and boxed to survive transit; fragile resin pieces get extra care.

Exact dimensions, material, color, quantity, and turnaround are confirmed in chat before printing starts. Message me with your part and I'll tell you which plan fits.
How it works
- Share your project. Send your 3D file (STL, OBJ, STEP, 3MF, or similar) or describe/sketch what you want made. Include intended size, material preference, color, quantity, and how the part will be used.
- I review and quote. I open your model, check printability (wall thickness, overhangs, manifold geometry, tolerances), flag anything that needs fixing, and confirm the plan, material, and realistic turnaround.
- Approval. You confirm the final spec — size, material, color, finish, and quantity. If you don't have a model yet, I'll guide you on what's needed.
- Printing. I slice the model with settings matched to your part, print it on a calibrated machine, and monitor the job.
- Post-processing. I remove supports and, depending on your plan, sand, clean seams, and prime so the piece is ready to use or paint.
- Quality check. I inspect the part against your spec and key dimensions before it leaves.
- Pack and ship. The part is cushioned, boxed, and mailed to your address. I share tracking once it's on its way.
Why choose this
You get a real object without owning a printer or learning the software. I've handled the failure modes — warping, layer adhesion, support scarring, resin under-cure — so your part arrives looking the way you pictured it. I'm honest about what 3D printing can and can't do: I'll tell you up front if a wall is too thin, a feature won't survive support removal, or resin is the wrong call for a load-bearing bracket. You deal with one maker through the whole process, from file check to packed box, and you get straight answers instead of a printed lump in an envelope.
Who it's for / use cases
- Makers and hobbyists who designed something in CAD but don't have a printer.
- Tabletop and cosplay fans needing miniatures, figurines, terrain, or wearable prop pieces.
- Product designers and engineers validating a form-fit prototype before tooling.
- Small businesses needing custom jigs, fixtures, brackets, enclosures, or replacement parts.
- Repair projects where the original plastic part is discontinued and you have (or can model) the geometry.
- Gifts and display pieces — a one-off figurine, model, or decorative object.
- Short production runs of a part you've already proven out.
FAQ
Q: Do I get a physical part or a digital file? A physical part. I print the object and mail it to your shipping address — this is not a file-download service.
Q: What file formats do you accept? STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP are ideal. If you only have a sketch, reference image, or measurements, tell me and I'll advise on what's needed to get a printable model.
Q: Can you design the model for me? This service is focused on printing and shipping. I can do light fixes and prep on an existing file, and advise on what a clean model needs, but full from-scratch CAD design is best discussed in chat so we set the right scope.
Q: FDM or resin — which should I pick? FDM for strong, functional, or larger parts (brackets, enclosures, jigs, big props). Resin for fine detail and smooth surfaces (miniatures, figurines, jewelry masters). Not sure? Describe the part and I'll recommend one.
Q: How accurate are the dimensions? I print to your specified tolerances within what the process allows and check critical dimensions against your drawing. FDM and resin each have practical limits, which I'll explain for your specific part.
Q: Can you match an exact color, or paint it? I offer a range of filament and resin colors, and on higher plans I sand and prime so the piece is paint-ready. I don't guarantee an exact brand-color match, but I'll get as close as the available materials allow.
Q: Will fragile parts survive shipping? Parts are wrapped, cushioned, and boxed for transit, and delicate resin pieces get reinforced packaging. I share tracking so you can follow the delivery.
Q: What if the print arrives damaged or wrong? Message me with photos. If the part doesn't match the agreed spec or was damaged in transit, I'll work with you to make it right.

Really helpful talking through material and layer choices before printing. The finished gear is strong and runs smooth in my build.
- @ivy88★★★★★5
Turned my rough sketch into a clean printed mounting plate and shipped it right to my door. Exactly what I was after.
- @ninamedia★★★★★5
Ordered a small run of enclosure prototypes and every one came out consistent. Definitely coming back for the production batch.
- @hana99★★★★★5
Sent over my CAD file and the bracket came back perfectly printed with no warping at all. Packed well too, so it arrived without a scratch.
- @lunarcraft★★★★★3
The part matched my drawing and works fine, but it took longer than I hoped to actually arrive. Quality was there in the end though.

The cosplay prop looked great and shipped quickly. Had to do a little sanding on the seam lines, but that's pretty normal for printed pieces.

Needed a replacement knob for an old appliance and they matched the dimensions on the first try. Fits exactly like the original part.

Printed my tabletop minis with nice detail. A few needed a bit of support cleanup but they painted up beautifully.
