How it works

  1. Place your order and send your details. After ordering, send me your business name, your name and title, phone, email, website, social handles, physical address if you want it on the card, and any logo files you already have. If you have brand colors or fonts, send those too.
  2. Share your direction. Tell me the vibe you're going for — minimal and corporate, bold and modern, warm and approachable, etc. Reference cards or brands you like are hugely helpful.
  3. I design the card. I build a layout that puts your most important information first, with clean hierarchy and proper print spacing (bleed and safe margins handled correctly so nothing gets clipped at trim).
  4. You review a digital proof. I send you a proof to check spelling, contact details, and the overall look. This is the moment to catch typos — once it's printed, it's printed.
  5. We refine. I apply your revisions according to your tier until the design is approved.
  6. I print on premium stock. Once you approve, your cards go to print on quality card stock and are trimmed to size.
  7. I package and ship to you. Your finished cards are packed protectively and mailed to your address. You receive physical cards ready to hand out.

Q: Do I get to approve the design before it's printed? Yes. I send you a digital proof and I do not send anything to print until you've reviewed it and confirmed everything — especially the spelling of names, the phone number, and the email — is correct.

Q: Will my cards actually be mailed to me? Yes. This is a physical product. I print the cards and ship them to the mailing address you provide. You receive a box of finished cards, not just a design file.

Q: Can you design both sides of the card? Single-sided is included on Basic. Double-sided (front and back) is included on Standard and Premium, which is great for a logo, tagline, QR code, or extra contact details on the back.

Q: I don't have a logo. Can you still help? Yes. I can place and arrange your existing details into a clean, professional card layout even without a logo. If you have a rough logo that needs minor cleanup, that's covered on the Premium tier; full logo creation from scratch is outside this gig.

Q: What information do you need from me? At minimum: your business name, your name and title, and the contact details you want on the card (phone, email, website, social, address as applicable). Brand colors, fonts, and any logo files help me match your look more precisely.

Q: How many revisions do I get? Basic includes one revision round, Standard includes three, and Premium includes unlimited revisions until you're happy. Revisions cover design adjustments to the card; they're applied at the proof stage before printing.

Q: Will the printed colors match what I see on screen? Designs are prepared for print so colors translate as closely as possible to paper. Screens are backlit and printed stock is not, so there can be slight, normal variation — but I design with print color in mind specifically to keep surprises to a minimum.

Q: Can I get the source files to reorder later? Print-ready source files are included on the Premium tier, so you can reprint or order more down the road. On Basic and Standard, you can simply reorder through me whenever you need another batch.
