How it works

1. You order and share basics — your domain name and where you manage its DNS (Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, Google Domains, etc.), plus the addresses you want.
2. We confirm the plan — I list the mailboxes and aliases, confirm your provider preference, and flag anything (like an existing email setup) we need to handle.
3. I configure DNS — MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are added. You can either grant access or I'll give you exact copy-paste values.
4. I create your mailboxes and set passwords/recovery, then build any aliases, catch-all, and forwarding rules.
5. I test deliverability — real send-and-receive checks plus an authentication check confirming SPF/DKIM/DMARC pass.
6. You get the handover — credentials, client settings, and a short guide. I walk you through logging in on your phone and laptop.
