I will design a crypto, web3 and DeFi brand identity package

About this gig

Crypto, Web3 and DeFi brand identity design for protocols, DAOs, exchanges and tokens — logo, token mark, color system, typography and a launch-ready brand kit.

In a market where users decide whether to trust a contract address in seconds, your brand is your security signal. I design crypto, web3 and DeFi brand identities that look credible to degens and auditors alike — distinctive enough to stand out in a sea of generic gradient logos, and disciplined enough to survive a token launch, an exchange listing, and a community that screenshots everything.

What you get

  • A primary logo built for crypto: a wordmark plus a standalone token mark / app icon that reads at 32px in a wallet, on a block explorer, and as a Telegram/Discord avatar
  • A token symbol or coin mark suitable for use on charts, CEX/DEX listings, and wallet token lists (the small circular icon that must be legible at tiny sizes)
  • Full color system with HEX, RGB and accessible dark-mode and light-mode palettes — because almost every web3 app ships dark-first
  • Typography system: display, heading and body fonts (web-licensed or open-source so you can embed them in a dApp), with a type scale
  • Logo variations: full lockup, icon-only, horizontal, stacked, monochrome, and inverted for dark backgrounds
  • Clear-space, minimum-size and misuse rules so your community and CEX listing teams use the mark correctly
  • A brand guidelines PDF (mini brand book) documenting logo usage, color, type, voice, and do/don't examples
  • Source files: editable vector (AI/SVG/Figma), plus exported PNG and SVG assets in the sizes wallets, explorers and social platforms actually require
  • Social and community kit: Twitter/X header and avatar, Discord and Telegram avatars, and a basic announcement/banner template

How it works

  1. Brief & discovery. You share your project: chain(s), category (L1/L2, DeFi protocol, DEX, wallet, NFT, infra, DAO, RWA, memecoin), target users, competitors, and the vibe you want — serious institutional or playful degen.
  2. Direction. I send a short moodboard / direction note so we agree on style, color temperature and reference marks before any logo is drawn. This prevents wasted rounds.
  3. Concept design. I design your logo and token mark concepts (count depends on plan), presented in real context: on a dark dApp UI, a wallet token list, and a chart.
  4. Revisions. You give consolidated feedback and we refine within your plan's revision rounds.
  5. System build. Once the mark is locked, I build out the color system, typography, variations and the social/community assets.
  6. Handoff. You receive organized source files, exports, and your brand guidelines so any future developer or designer can extend the identity correctly.

Why choose this

Generic logo sellers don't understand this space — they hand you a 4000px logo that turns to mush as a 32px token icon, fonts you can't legally embed in a dApp, and no dark-mode palette. I design specifically for crypto, web3 and DeFi constraints: legibility at wallet/explorer scale, dark-first interfaces, on-chain and CEX listing requirements, and a community that will remix your assets the moment you launch.

I also design for trust. In DeFi, a polished, consistent identity is part of how users distinguish a real protocol from a fork-and-rug clone. Every deliverable is built to make your project look audited, funded and here to stay — without overpromising or faking credentials you don't have.

Who it is for / use cases

This service is built for teams across the crypto and web3 industry, including:

  • DeFi protocols — DEXs, lending markets, perps, yield aggregators, stablecoins, restaking and RWA platforms that need a token mark for listings and a UI-ready system
  • Token and coin launches — new tokens (ERC-20/SPL and beyond) needing a coin icon for wallets, explorers, CoinGecko/CMC submissions and exchange listings
  • Wallets, infrastructure and L1/L2 chains — projects needing a serious, scalable identity that signals reliability to developers and institutions
  • DAOs and communities — governance-led projects needing a flexible brand their members can use consistently
  • NFT projects and marketplaces — collections and platforms needing a brand layer above the artwork
  • Web3 startups pre-raise — founders who need a credible identity for a pitch deck, landing page and seed round

FAQ

Q: Do you design the token/coin icon for exchange and wallet listings? Yes. The standalone circular token mark is a core deliverable on Standard and Premium. I design and export it at the small sizes wallets, block explorers and listing sites require, and check legibility at 32px and below.

Q: Can you also build the website or dApp UI? This package covers brand identity — logo, token mark, color, type, guidelines and a social kit. Full website or dApp interface design is a separate scope; tell me your needs and I'll advise on how the brand system carries into the product.

Q: Will the fonts be legal to use in my dApp and on-chain frontends? Yes. I select web-licensed or open-source typefaces so you can embed them in your dApp and marketing site without licensing risk. I note the source and license in the guidelines.

Q: Do you provide dark-mode assets? Always. Web3 apps are overwhelmingly dark-first, so I deliver inverted/monochrome logo variants and a dark palette by default, with a matching light palette on Standard and Premium.

Q: I have a memecoin / community token — is that a fit? Absolutely. I tailor the direction to your category. Memecoins get a bolder, more characterful mark optimized for social and avatars; infrastructure and DeFi projects get a more restrained, institutional system.

Q: Can you work from my existing logo or rebrand an old identity? Yes. I can refine an existing mark or run a full rebrand. Share your current assets and I'll recommend whether to evolve or rebuild.

Q: What files do I receive at the end? Editable vector source (AI/SVG and a Figma working file on Premium), plus exported PNG and SVG assets sized for wallets, explorers, X, Discord and Telegram, and a brand guidelines PDF.

Q: Do you guarantee the design won't resemble another project's logo? I design original marks and review against well-known projects in your niche to avoid collisions, but I can't perform formal trademark clearance. For legal protection, run a trademark search with a qualified attorney before launch.

I run a small NFT marketplace and needed a brand identity that read as legit to crypto-native users. He got it. The wordmark and the secondary marks for our governance token are exactly what I pictured.

Delivered a complete identity for our cross-chain bridge project, including the logo variations, color codes, and font pairings. Communication was quick over the whole week and the source files were all there. Would have liked one more mockup option, but the result looks sharp.

Nailed the vibe for our DeFi lending protocol on the first try. The logo, color system, and token icon all feel cohesive and genuinely web3 without looking like every other gradient-blob project out there. Delivered the full brand kit a day ahead of schedule.

Fast, communicative, and clearly understands the web3 space. Asked smart questions about our staking platform before starting instead of just guessing. The final identity package with the icon set and social banners has gotten compliments from our whole community.

The final brand identity is good and works well for our crypto wallet app. That said, the early concepts leaned a little generic and it took a few back-and-forths plus a delivery that ran past the original turnaround to land on something that felt distinct. Happy with where it ended up, just wanted to be honest about the process.

Solid work overall. The logo and the dark/light brand palettes are great and very on-brand for our DAO. Took one extra round of revisions to get the typography where I wanted it, but he was patient about it and the final files were clean and well organized.

Best decision for our token launch. Everything from the logomark to the brand guidelines PDF was delivered exactly as promised and looks premium across our landing page and Twitter.
