I will build editable Canva brand templates your whole team can reuse
About this gig
I will build editable Canva brand templates your whole team can reuse, so anyone can create on-brand graphics without touching a designer. Consistent, fast, and easy to edit.
What you get
A complete, organized Canva template kit built inside your own Canva account (or delivered as a shareable team template link or brand template, depending on your plan). Every file is fully editable, locked where it should be, and built so a non-designer can swap text and images without breaking the layout.
- A set of editable template designs covering the formats you actually use (for example: Instagram post, Instagram story, LinkedIn post, presentation slide, Facebook cover, flyer, email header, YouTube thumbnail, or whatever mix you choose).
- Consistent layouts built on a shared visual system: your fonts, your colors, your logo placement, and your spacing rules applied across every page so the whole set looks like one brand.
- Smart use of Canva's element locking so headlines, logos, and layout frames stay put while editable zones (text and image placeholders) stay open for your team.
- A reusable color palette and font pairing set up in the document so your team picks from your brand colors instead of guessing hex codes.
- Image placeholders (frames) where photos drop in cleanly and crop themselves to the right size automatically.
- A short, plain-English usage guide (PDF or a guide page inside the file) showing your team how to duplicate, edit, resize, and export without wrecking the design.
- Light versioning where it helps: multiple color or layout variations of key templates so people have ready-made options instead of starting from blank.
- A handover walkthrough so the people who'll use it day to day actually understand it.
Everything is built natively in Canva. These are real working templates inside the platform, not flat image mockups or PDFs pretending to be editable.

Choose the tier by how many formats you need and how hands-off you want your team to be. Not sure? Message me with your format list and I'll point you to the right fit honestly.
How it works
- You share your brand. Send me whatever you have: logo files, brand colors (hex codes or a brand guide), fonts, and a few examples of graphics you like. If you don't have a brand guide yet, we'll work from your logo and a short conversation about your style.
- We confirm the format list. I'll send back a clear list of the exact template sizes and formats I'll build, so scope is agreed before any design starts. No surprises later.
- I build the system first. I set up your colors, fonts, logo placement, and spacing rules so every template inherits the same look. This is the part that makes the kit feel coherent instead of like random files.
- I design the templates. Each format gets a real, polished layout with locked structure and open editable zones, plus the variations included in your plan.
- You review. I send the working Canva files (or a preview) for feedback. You get the revision rounds included in your tier to refine wording, layout, or styling.
- I lock and hand over. I finalize locking, add image frames, write the usage guide, and deliver everything into your Canva account or as a shareable team template, with a walkthrough so your team is ready to use it immediately.
Why choose this
Most teams don't have a design bottleneck because they lack ideas. They have it because every social post, slide, and flyer has to route through one busy person. A proper Canva template kit removes that bottleneck. Your team gets to move fast while staying on-brand, because the brand rules are baked into the file instead of living in someone's head.
I build for the person who is not a designer. That means clear editable zones, locked structure so nothing drifts, sensible naming, and a guide written in plain language. The result is templates people actually use, not files that look great in a portfolio and then sit unopened because they're confusing to edit.
I'm also honest about scope. Canva has real limits (font licensing, certain animation and interactivity boundaries, and some features that need a Canva Pro or Teams subscription on your side). I'll tell you up front what's possible on your plan so you're never surprised at delivery.
Who it's for / use cases
- Small businesses and solo founders who want professional, consistent graphics without hiring a full-time designer.
- Marketing teams who need everyone to produce on-brand social content quickly.
- Agencies setting up a repeatable brand system for a client to run themselves.
- Coaches, creators, and course sellers who post constantly and need a fast, repeatable look.
- Nonprofits and community groups where volunteers create graphics and consistency keeps slipping.
- Startups that just finished a logo or rebrand and need it applied across everyday materials.
Common uses: daily social posts, promo and sale announcements, event flyers, webinar and presentation slides, quote graphics, lead-magnet covers, and email banners.
FAQ
Q: Do I need a paid Canva account? A free account works for many templates, but features like brand-kit color/font storage, certain premium elements, locked brand templates, and team sharing need Canva Pro or Teams. I'll tell you exactly what your chosen scope requires before we start.
Q: Will the templates open in my own Canva account? Yes. I deliver into your account or via a shareable template link so the files are yours to keep, duplicate, and edit forever.
Q: Can my team edit these without breaking the design? That's the whole point. I lock the structural elements (logo, layout frames, fixed text) and leave clearly marked editable zones for text and images, plus a usage guide that walks your team through it.
Q: What if I don't have a brand guide or fixed fonts yet? No problem. We can work from your logo and a short style conversation. I'll choose a clean, fitting color palette and font pairing and set it up so it's consistent across the kit.
Q: Can you match an existing brand exactly? Yes, if you provide your colors, fonts, and logo files. Note that some brand fonts aren't available inside Canva due to licensing; in that case I'll recommend the closest available match and confirm it with you.
Q: How many revisions do I get? It depends on your plan: one round on Basic, two on Standard, three on Premium. Revisions cover layout, wording, and styling tweaks within the agreed format list; adding entirely new formats is a scope change we'll discuss.
Q: Can you add new formats or templates later? Absolutely. Once your system is built, adding more templates in the same style is quick and easy to commission as a follow-up.
Q: Will these work for printed materials like flyers? Yes. I build print-ready sizes with appropriate dimensions and export settings, and I'll note any bleed or resolution considerations so your files print cleanly.

The brand kit she handed over was so clean, and the best part is my assistant can swap text and images in Canva without breaking anything. Exactly what I needed.

The templates are usable and on brand, but a couple of the fonts weren't set up the way I expected and I had to fix them myself after handoff.

Templates look great and everything is properly editable. Took one revision round to get the social sizes right, but the end result was solid.

Nice consistent set of brand templates that the team can actually reuse. Communication was a little slow but the quality made up for it.

Delivered a tidy template pack with locked layouts so people only change the parts they should. Genius for a team that isn't design-savvy.

She built editable Canva files for every format we use and even organized them into one shareable workspace. Smooth from start to finish.
