I will design an eye-catching trade show booth and exhibition stand graphics
About this gig
I design eye-catching trade show booth and exhibition stand graphics that pull foot traffic from across the hall and turn a rented space into a brand people remember.
A great booth has about three seconds to stop a tired attendee walking past. I design exhibition stand graphics that win those three seconds: a clear headline readable from across the aisle, a strong focal image, and a layout that guides people from "what is this?" to "talk to me" without making them squint. This is a hands-on design service, not a template pack. I work to your actual stand dimensions, your build system, and your printer's specifications so the files you hand off actually fit and actually print.
What you get
- Custom booth graphic design built to your exact stand size and configuration (inline, corner, peninsula, or island).
- Large-format wall and backdrop panels with a dominant headline and supporting messaging hierarchy.
- Banner and tower/totem artwork sized to your hardware (roll-up, pop-up, tension fabric, or hanging sign).
- Header/fascia and counter graphics so the brand reads consistently from header to floor.
- A clear focal hero zone designed around your key product, offer, or value proposition.
- Print-ready files exported at the correct scale, resolution, color mode, and bleed for large-format printing.
- A layout dimension map showing where each graphic sits and how it aligns on the physical structure.
- A working source file (Illustrator/PSD/InDesign as appropriate) so you or your printer can make future edits.
- A web-resolution preview/mockup so you can approve the look and share it with stakeholders before printing.
I design the graphics that wrap and dress the stand. I do not design the physical hardware structure itself, manufacture panels, or arrange printing and shipping — those happen with your exhibition contractor or print vendor, and I supply files built to their template.

How it works
- Brief & assets. You send your stand dimensions or the contractor's template, your logo and brand assets, the products/messages to feature, and any photos of past booths. If you have no template yet, tell me the build system and size and I'll work to standard specs.
- Direction. I draft the messaging hierarchy and layout — what the headline says, what the eye hits first, how the panels relate. You approve the direction before I commit to full design.
- Design. I build the full graphics to scale, refining typography, imagery, and color so everything reads at large-format distances.
- Review. You receive a preview/mockup. We run the revision rounds in your tier to dial in copy, color, and composition.
- Print-ready handoff. I export final files at the correct scale, resolution, and bleed for your printer, plus the source file (Standard/Premium) and a dimension map.
Why choose this
I design for distance and context, not just for a screen. A layout that looks balanced at 100% on a monitor can fall apart blown up to three meters with a counter and a crowd in front of the lower third — so I plan around sightlines, eye-level reading zones, and the parts of the panel that hardware or visitors will block. I match your existing brand rather than reinventing it, and I deliver files your printer can actually use the first time, which saves the panicked back-and-forth that eats your setup week.
Who it's for / use cases
- Companies exhibiting at a trade show, expo, or industry conference and needing graphics for a rented or owned stand.
- Startups debuting at a demo or launch event who want to look established.
- Marketing teams refreshing tired booth artwork for a new season or campaign.
- Recruiters and universities running career-fair and open-day booths.
- Event and exhibition contractors who need overflow graphic design for a client stand.
- Brands needing matching roll-up banners, pop-up walls, fabric backdrops, and counter wraps as one coherent set.
FAQ
Q: Can you work without a printer template? Yes. Send me the stand size and build system (roll-up, pop-up, tension fabric, modular, etc.) and I'll design to standard specifications. A real template from your contractor is always more accurate, so share it if you have one.
Q: Do you print and ship the panels? No. This is a design service — I deliver print-ready files. Your exhibition contractor or large-format printer handles production, and I build the files to their requirements.
Q: Do you design the physical booth structure? I design the graphics that go on the stand, not the engineered hardware or framing. If you already have the structure or a contractor, I'll dress it. If you only have a footprint, I'll work to your chosen build system.
Q: I don't have a logo or brand guide. Can you still help? I can design strong booth graphics around whatever you have, but I work best with at least a logo and your brand colors. I'm not providing full brand-identity creation here — the focus is the booth and stand artwork.
Q: What files do I receive? Print-ready exports at the correct scale, resolution, color mode, and bleed for large-format printing, plus a dimension/placement map. Standard and Premium also include the editable source file.
Q: How fast can you turn this around? Timing depends on the number of panels and revision rounds. Share your event date and the tier you need and I'll confirm a realistic schedule before we start, so files reach your printer with margin.
Q: Can you provide stock or licensed photography? I'll design around photos you supply or product shots you own. I can recommend suitable stock imagery, but licensing fees and rights are arranged on your side so usage stays clean.
Q: Can you match graphics across different banner and wall types? Yes — keeping a backdrop, towers, header, and counter visually consistent as one set is exactly what the Standard and Premium plans are built for.

Really nice booth mockup and the print-ready files were clean. Took a couple of revisions to nail the color scheme but he was patient about it.

The final graphics were solid but the first draft missed the brief a bit, so it dragged on longer than I hoped. Ended up happy with the booth though.

Good eye for layout and the stand graphics looked sharp. Wish communication had been a touch quicker but the end result was worth it.

Fast turnaround and the booth layout he designed actually made sense for the floor space we had. Print files worked great at the show.
