I will redesign and polish your existing PowerPoint and Google Slides deck
About this gig
I will redesign and polish your existing PowerPoint and Google Slides deck so it looks clean, modern, and consistent — without you rebuilding anything from scratch.
You already have the slides and the content. What you need is someone to make them look like they belong together: aligned, on-brand, easy to read, and confident on screen. That is exactly what I do.
What you get
I take the deck you already have and turn it into a polished, presentation-ready file you can open and use immediately. Concrete deliverables include:
- A fully reworked editable file in your original format —
.pptxfor PowerPoint or a shared Google Slides link — so you keep full control after handoff. - Consistent typography across every slide: one type hierarchy for titles, subtitles, body, and captions, with proper sizes, weights, and line spacing.
- A unified color system applied to backgrounds, text, charts, and accents, pulled from your brand colors (or a tasteful palette I propose if you don't have one).
- Clean, aligned layouts using real grids, guides, and consistent margins — no more nudged-by-hand text boxes or slightly-off logos.
- Rebuilt or restyled charts, tables, and diagrams so data reads clearly instead of fighting the eye.
- Properly placed, sharp imagery and icons — I'll swap blurry or stretched images and source clean replacement icons where needed.
- Fixed master slides / layouts and a working slide template, so any new slide you add later inherits the same look automatically.
- A title slide, section dividers, and a closing/contact slide treated as deliberate moments, not afterthoughts.
- Light cleanup of spacing, capitalization, and visual hierarchy in your text (I tighten presentation; I am not rewriting your copy or your strategy).
You hand me a messy or dated deck; you get back a deck that looks like it was designed on purpose.

How it works
- You send the deck. Share the existing
.pptxfile or grant edit access to the Google Slides deck, plus any brand assets you have — logo, fonts, colors, and a sample slide you like. - We align on direction. I'll ask a few quick questions: the audience, the setting (live talk, investor pitch, webinar, sales call), and how polished vs. minimal you want it. I'll confirm scope and slide count.
- I redesign. I rebuild the visual system — type, color, grid, masters — and apply it slide by slide, restyling charts and replacing weak images as I go.
- You review a draft. I deliver the reworked deck and walk you through the key changes. You mark anything you'd like adjusted.
- I revise. I apply your feedback within the revision rounds included in your plan.
- You get the final files. I hand off the editable source in your original format, ready to present or keep editing.
Why choose this
I work inside your existing file rather than dumping it into a rigid pre-made theme, so the result fits your content instead of forcing your content to fit a template. I respect your format choice — if you live in Google Slides, you get Google Slides back, fully native, not a PowerPoint export that breaks on open. I fix the structural problems most people miss: broken master slides, inconsistent placeholders, and one-off text boxes that make future edits painful. And I leave you with a reusable template, so the polish lasts beyond this one deck.
Who it's for / use cases
This is for people who have real content and no time (or no desire) to fight with alignment and formatting. Common cases:
- Founders refining an investor or pitch deck before a meeting.
- Sales and marketing teams cleaning up a proposal or sales deck for clients.
- Speakers and trainers upgrading a conference talk or webinar deck.
- Consultants standardizing client-facing reports and reviews.
- Teams that inherited an old, inconsistent company template and want it modernized.
- Students and academics tightening a thesis defense or research presentation.
If your slides are already written but just don't look the part, you're exactly who I built this for.
FAQ
Q: Will you change my content or wording? I focus on design and visual hierarchy. I'll fix obvious formatting and tighten how text is presented, but I won't rewrite your messaging or restructure your argument unless you ask for that as part of the scope.
Q: Can you work in both PowerPoint and Google Slides? Yes. Tell me your format and I'll deliver natively in it. I don't convert one to the other unless you specifically request a conversion, since that can introduce layout issues.
Q: I don't have brand guidelines — is that a problem? Not at all. Send me your logo and any colors you like, and I'll build a clean, cohesive palette and type system for you. If you have a full brand kit, even better.
Q: What do you need from me to start? The editable deck (file or edit-access link), your logo and brand colors if you have them, and a one-line description of your audience and setting. A reference deck you admire is a bonus.
Q: How many revisions are included? Basic includes one round, Standard two, and Premium three. Each round covers consolidated feedback on the delivered draft. Larger structural changes outside the original scope can be added on.
Q: My deck has lots of charts and data tables. Can you handle those? Yes. I restyle charts and tables for clarity and consistency, and on Premium I'll rebuild complex diagrams. I keep your numbers intact — I'm improving how the data looks, not editing the data itself.
Q: Will the fonts still work on my computer? I prioritize widely available and Google/Microsoft-native fonts so your deck displays correctly everywhere. If we use a custom font, I'll tell you how to install it or embed it so nothing breaks.
Q: How long does it take? It depends on slide count and plan. After you share the deck and we confirm scope, I'll give you a clear delivery estimate before any work begins.

Cleaned up a deck I was embarrassed to present. The before and after is night and day, especially the bullet formatting and alignment.

Kept all my content but completely refreshed the layout and got the icons and images to finally line up properly. Smooth from start to finish.

Sent over a clunky PowerPoint and got back something that actually looks designed. Every slide matches now and the whole thing reads so much easier.

Solid work tidying up my existing deck, the typography is consistent now and everything feels balanced. Would've liked a slightly faster turnaround.

The polished slides do look more uniform, but a couple felt a little crowded and I had to ask for a small revision to fix the spacing.

Good redesign of my PowerPoint, the visual hierarchy is way clearer. Took one extra round of edits to get the charts right but the end result is great.

Honestly didn't recognize my own Google Slides after the polish. The title slides and color scheme look so much more professional now.

Took my messy 30-slide pitch deck and made it look like a real company built it. The consistent fonts and spacing across every slide were exactly what I needed.
